AIDT is seeking qualified applicants for a pre-employment training
program for Production Workers at The Woodbridge Group
plant located in Tanner, AL.

Wage Range: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
support to assure the accurate, timely and quality delivery of
components to customers.
- Understands all requirements for
Personal Protective Equipment, machine guarding, and other safety
requirements; and comply with each applicable to the position
- Reviews all customer guidelines for
quality and special conditions for supply of production
- Maintains an ongoing understanding
of all changes to updates to the production processes and customer's
- Completes manufacturing assembly
utilizing standardized work, torque tools, drills, taps, and other
automated tools. Mechanical aptitude required in discerning
customer specs and applying operating instructions.
- Understands and works with Pokayoke
devices, follows all specified checks for quality and quantity of
units and documents in the SFCS accordingly.
- Assists other manufacturing
colleagues as needed to complete customer orders.
- Achieves fork truck certification.
- Maintains work area to 5S standards
for organization, housekeeping, and inspection. Assists colleagues as
needed to support 5S.
- Assists with Continuous Improvement
Program and participates in Kaizen events as scheduled.
- High school graduate or
- Must be able to stand on feet for 8
or more hours.
- Must have the ability to use both
hands for assembling the product.
- Must maintain good attendance and be
able to work overtime as needed.
