I need help...

There is a good chance you applied for or attended training involving AIDT in the past, even if you did not realize it. If so, you already have an account and you will be prevented from creating another one.

Please see the ‘signing into my account’ section, below.

If you don't know which email to use:

  • Use the Forgot Password link with your current email address.
  • Check your email.
  • If you get an email with password assistance, click the link supplied in the email to reset the password. Use this email address to sign in to your AIDT account.

If you've tried the Forgot Password link and didn't get an email within 10 minutes:

  • Use the Forgot Password link with an alternate or older email address that you can still access.
  • Check that email account.
  • If you get an email with password assistance, click the link supplied in the email to reset the password. Use this email address to sign in to your AIDT account.

Once you've reset your password, you can change the email address you want in our system by editing your profile.

If you've tried the Forgot Password link and got an error saying that multiple accounts exist:

  • Complete and submit the Request Help form, then check your email for a reply.

For all other assistance, complete and submit the Request Help form, then check your email for a reply.

For your security, our system does not allow different accounts to share the same email address.

The email address you associate with your account profile must be confirmed before you can apply for a job opportunity.

When you create an account, an automated message will be sent to the email address you gave us. You must check that email account and click the link supplied in the email within 24 hours to confirm the address and complete your account setup.

If you change your email address by editing your profile, you will need to confirm the new email address.

For your security, our system does not allow different accounts to share the same email address.

Most of our pre-employment training programs only require an online application. If your résumé is needed, it will be specifically requested and you will be instructed where to send the résumé.

You can see the status of your application(s) by first signing in and then selecting "My Applications" from the menu at the top of the page. Each application and its status is listed.

The "Status Descriptions" table, on the bottom of the page, is visible to everyone and explains all possible application statuses. An application can only have one status.
